Everything you need to know about how your Célora order reaches you — and what happens if it isn't right.
How much is shipping?
- LE 79 flat, anywhere in Egypt.
- Free shipping on orders over LE 1,250 — for example a dress + balloon pants, two dresses, or our Summer Set.
How long does delivery take?
- Cairo & Giza: usually 1–2 working days.
- Alexandria & Delta: usually 2–3 working days.
- Upper Egypt, Canal cities & the coast: usually 3–4 working days.
- Your estimated delivery date is shown on every product page. Orders placed before 4 pm are handed to the courier the same day.
How do I pay?
- Cash on delivery — pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
- Online — card, wallet or instalments via Kashier at checkout.
Can I see the piece before I pay?
Yes. With cash on delivery, the courier waits while you open the parcel and check every piece. If anything isn't right, hand it back — you pay nothing.
What if the colour or fit isn't right?
- Free exchange for another colour or piece.
- Easy returns within 5 days of receiving your order — unworn, with tags. See our refund policy for details.
- Received a damaged or wrong item? Message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it immediately.
Will it fit me?
Most of our pieces are Free Size with a relaxed, flowy cut that fits most body types — lengths are listed on each product page. The Everyday Strap Pants come in three size bands by weight. Still unsure? DM us your height and weight and we'll tell you honestly.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an SMS from our courier partner (Bosta) with your tracking link once your order ships. You can also message us any time for an update.
